Massage helps us relax and feel strength and energy. But is massage really healing in all cases? No.
There are also contraindications to massage, so in order not to harm yourself, please make sure that you do not have any contraindications.
So there are two types of contraindicators: absolute and temporary.
Any type of massage is prohibited if you have absolute contraindications.
However, if you have temporary contraindications, then make sure that the acute period of the disease has passed and the state of your health allows you to massage any part of the body.
What diseases or conditions are absolute contraindications to massage?
